Our favourite thing about Leiden University is the student buddy system. It helped us get to know a fellow student in the same study programme before moving to the Netherlands. We even ended up in a group together during orientation week. This early connection significantly contributed to a smoother transition and a very welcoming start to our academic journey at Leiden University.
