A crash course in quantum Involving the city's residents

Involving the city's residents

Contribution: Helene Meijer (psychology alumnus)

I love how the university reaches out to the city, involves its residents and shows why the university is so important. During the European City of Science, for example, when scientists went to different neighbourhoods in Leiden and gave residents a crash course in quantum. Or during the European elections when colleagues from the EU hub gave lectures in the city.

I also hope that freedom continues to be a mainstay and that scientific debate is encouraged so we can come closer to the 'truth' together!
