I hugely enjoyed the lectures by Professor of Notarila Law, Pim Huijgen. He was, and hopefully still is, exceptionally good at explaining complex legislation in a simple way. He also had a sharp, dry sense of humour, which had you hanging on his every word. His humour also made my graduation speech truly unforgettable, something I cherish to this day.
